I had a coolant leak and I brought my car to Mad Hatter because I’ve been here before and they are always super quick with everything from finding my parts to getting them in and with the repairs. My car had to be left overnight because some of the parts wouldn’t be dropped off until the next day but my car was done by noon. Thank you again to everyone @ Mad Hatter, I love you guys.
First time visiting the shop got my breaks done on my mini coooper and they did a great job and the best part is that they offered a military discount.
Yliana was very sweet and helpful when I called Mad Hatter to see if they could repair my JBA exhaust that day. I brought my car to them and she told me exactly when they were going to be able to look at my car, what they needed to do to repair it, asked me if I wanted to replace or reuse parts that could be reused instead of just replacing them, she told me how long it would take to be repaired before she gave me a quote. Charles did an awesome job on my exhaust, from the welding to tucking my pipes and making a new midpipe for the side of my dual exhaust that was bent. I am very happy with the service and the fact that it would be ready the same day. I am happy I decided to call Mad Hatter instead of another shop that day. Absolutely the best experience ever. Victor is honest with incredible pricing. Instead of spending over $250 at nationwide competitor, I had my muffler replaced for $100. The technician was so meticulous and fast. I highly recommend Mad Hatter!
mechanic rio did an amazing job on my flex pipe on my saturn aura he explain me the whole process and all about that pipe and liliyana gave exceptional costumer services to me and i am for sure repeating costumer good jobs guys awesome ...... :)
